Wrong Delivery

If an item is missing from your order, you can contact us as follows: Store manager at Customerservice.de-store@msi.com.

Transport Damage

Obvious damage to the packaging or the content or obvious incorrect or wrong deliveries should be reported by the customer - without prejudice to his warranty rights - to the forwarding agent / freight service immediately and, if possible, refuse acceptance. The customer must also inform MSI by email or online chat service so that MSI Online Store can assert its rights against the forwarding agent / freight service or sub-supplier. The same applies to hidden defects - also without prejudice to its warranty claims - which only become apparent after opening the packaging.

Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for you . But they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier.

 

Consumer's right of withdrawal

Right of cancellation You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MHK International Co. Ltd, Hanauer Landstr. 316, 60314 Frankfurt, Germany, Customerservice.de-store@msi.com, Telephone: 49 (0) 69-40893-250) by means of a clear Declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website https://returns.richcommerce.co/return/new?c=destore. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such a cancellation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We pick up the goods. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Special notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
  • Contracts for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,
  • Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery. 

Return Item (Free of charge)

Are you not satisfied with a product you bought on MSI Online Store? You can submit a return request on Return Page.

Please note that while the products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.

In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed with shipping fee. Otherwise, you will only be reimbursed with the product price stated on the invoice. MSI Online Store bears the return shipping fee.
 

Return Instructions

  1. Find your order with order number and email on returns center.
  2. Select the item you’d like to return.
  3. Let us know the reason why you are not satisfied with the product.
  4. Choose the method you will send the products back to us. We currently offer UPS only.
  5. Please wait for our approval. We will review your submission within 5 business days.
  6. After receiving return confirmation from MSI, you can follow steps below:
    1. Please pack all components of the original delivery in the original outer packaging. All accessories and the associated peripherals such as keyboard, mouse, etc. must also be returned.
    2. Print out the return label and stick it on the shipping box. Please write the RMA number clearly on the package.
    3. To arrange a pick-up date, please contact the UPS hotline:
      Germany: 01806 - 88 2 66 3 (14 cents from German landlines, mobile phone prices may vary) or Schedule a pick-up.
    4. Keep the shipping receipt in a safe place so that it can be tracked in the event of loss.
  7. Please send the products back to us within fourteen days since your submission, or the submission will be deemed expired. We’ll process the refund within 14 business days upon receiving your returns.
